The Vineyards

Land of NodPriam
Nationally recognized as a bicentennial farm, The Land of Nod Winery, situated in the northwest corner of Connecticut, has been serving the local community for over nine generations. Located on 200 acres of rolling farmland, we planted our first vines in 1994 and opened as a production winery in 1998.

The Land of Nod Winery offers an array of both grape and fruit wines including Bianca, Pinot Noir, Corot Noir, Raspberry & Blueberry Raspberry Medley. We are always expanding and enhancing our offerings with new varieties.

At the end of February through early April we offer tours of our Sugarhouse as we bring to life the centuries-old tradition of creating pure maple syrup using a wood fire. Come and sample Mother Nature’s pure sugar, warm from the evaporator. All of our maple products are sold in the wine shop during our operating season.

Local area attractions include the historic Beckley Furnace and the beautiful Blackberry River, which is also a heavily stocked trout stream.

We are open Fridays-Sunday 11am-5pm from April to November, as well as most holidays. We are available by appointment as well.

Tours of the farm and Vineyard are available, but please call in advance so we can prepare to accommodate your party. For further information on events and activities please visit our website at www.landofnodwinery.com.
